Check the outer package
Look for visible damage, opened seals or signs that the parcel was exposed to unusual heat or moisture. Photograph anything that looks different before opening.
Match the order
Compare the item name, strength, pack size and quantity with your invoice. If something is missing or different, pause and contact the seller before using or returning the item.
Review labels and documents
Keep the original label, leaflet and invoice together. Do not discard packaging until you have confirmed the order details and any storage information supplied by the provider.
Ask about special handling
If the listing mentions temperature-sensitive or special delivery requirements, follow the provider’s written instructions and ask support what to do if the shipment arrives outside those conditions.
