Batch or lot number
The batch or lot number helps a supplier identify a specific production run. Keep it with your invoice and contact the seller if it is missing, unreadable or different from the documentation.
Expiry date
Check the printed expiry date and confirm that it is legible. Do not accept a product if the date is missing, altered or inconsistent with the listing.
Seals and packaging
Inspect the outer box, tamper seal, label and device or container for damage. Photograph any issue immediately and ask the provider for next steps.
Delivery information
Read the supplied storage and delivery notes. If the order arrives damaged or outside the stated delivery conditions, contact support before opening or using it.
